Really helpful and friendly staff. The food was made fresh and it was delicious.. Give yourself a 10min breather from the whirlwind of life to grab a meal. A bit hidden away in the corner of the station, so don't miss it. I'd definitely recommend if you are passing through New Street.

Not halal... only went in for the milkshake and fries but BOY WAS IT GOOD!! Cajun fries are always a winner... as always given a generous portion.... over spilling out the cup Can mix as many flavours as you want in the milkshake (avoid the fruits) Worth the visit just for milkshake and fries... please open a halal branch soon Thanks Road Raptors

Been to FIVE GUYS in a busy day at Birmingham. The restaurant was beautiful and they have lot of Tables and chairs. So, we sat there for a while and enjoyed our meal. The staff are so kind and quick. We had a Hamburger, Chips, Sandwiches and milk shakes with Sweet caramel and Oreo toppings. Those are so delicious and Hot. Especially, we loved their FRIES..!! That taste was ultimate and absolutely different from other branded fries. There was a small queue while ordering as it was a busy day. But, the seatings are spacious and lovely. If you’re looking for a delicious quick bite on your busy day at BRIM choose FIVE GUYS.

I wanted to give some feedback on the burger I had during my recent visit. It was outstanding! The flavors were rich, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The patty was juicy and cooked perfectly, and I love that I can fully customize my toppings without extra charges - it makes the burger feel uniquely mine every time. Today was my first ever having a burger from five guys. And it’s safe to say i will be coming back again. I was served by a young man named Adrian who was very friendly and took great care of me. He definitely made my food with great care as i enjoyed the food and experience very much.

The staff were so nice! Last night we had a train to catch and we’re feeling so hungry and the staff member prioritised our order very quickly and we got our train on time! Give them a raise!
